Rating:Despite thorough search I had not seen these reports reviews about how bad!
despite disinclination it seemed after checking that the site seemed reassuring because offered to set up screen sharing even to help. Bu5 after paying, it took 10 emails floundering* less than courteous writing to be given a link to download. After installation, all the applications for WORD, POWER POINt OUtLOOK etc. we’re not activate, appearing in the dock as usual. Only WORD was activated and useable. Asking further help, was told that it was daily usage that they don’t support. This is the first download that should taken 20-30 min giving so much trouble. Usually, the sites and mechanism are troublefree ANd the experts t9 help at4 not even needed. This is an awkward site that I hope Microsoft will do something about. But they won’t? Rating -1000 *

Checked out and found AGM to be "Official" Microsoft software before purchase. Whether it was official software or not doesn't really matter'. When the key number didnt work Microsoft said they were not 'Official" resellers and the number was invalid. Suggested I email to check. Did that. No reply.
I did not see this site on that occasion. Found them evasive about their location First said Europe then when pressed said Estonia. Checked the address. There is a vast number of alleged software suppliers at that address. I would not now use any one of those. Just too much risk. Interesting point; the cost was similar to other suppliers, I was not trying to save money, but I still got scammed. Now looking for non-Microsoft stuff because there are too many scamming off Microsoft and Microsoft are perhaps understandably, no help at all. I would rate AGM and others from the same address as the alleged owner with a zero but unfortunately one is the lowest possible rating.
