Rating:Company & products are in China This is not disclosed on their website or when you’re placing an order. Currently waiting a month for my order. Took 3 times contacting them about my order before they replied. My I team just shipped from China. Beware

Rating:Would never recommend Cupbase to anyone, when i ordered my cup back on Dec. 6th 2019, it was meant for a christmas gift to my daughter. It was never diclosed that this company was in China, it was guaranteed shipment before christmas, and so over a month later and 4 emails without any response from cupbase, it is now Jan. 15th 2020 and still do not have the cup i order for my daughter's christmas gift!!! Worst online purchase i have ever made!!! Dont even want to give it a star.

Rating:Worst purchase ever!! Ordered at beginning of december for a Christmas gift its now past mid January and still have not received!!! No answer to emails and did not disclose that product was coming from China...very disappointed!! Deserves 0 stars

Rating:Order placed 12/16 and still waiting. This company is supposedly out of Florida but when order placed, charged an international fee. No number for communication only email. Now they say cups are in China’s custom and may take a long time due to increased cargo. China involvement is never mentioned on website. Avoid this company at all cost unless prepared to wait a while for order,

Rating:Same here, ordered before Christmas. Lots of emails about its progress. Last email 2/1/20 saying it was done. Well, it's now 3/1/20 and still no cup. NEVER order from FaceBook markets, they are all scam and junk.

Rating:I also ordered in Dec for Christmas. I finally received the 2 cups ordered just before Easter. When opened, the plastic lid for one of them was broken and I am seeking another lid! I suppose I am fortunate to have gotten anything but broken isn’t what I paid for! Disappointing!
