Rating:The site claims that all products are USA made and shipped in 2 days. My order for a gnome door hanger is still in route from Ireland. Also I was initially overcharged versus the invoice I received via email. I was credited on the overcharge. They have never responded to my complaints about lieing about where the products are made or shipped from. I would not recommend,.

Rating:As above. My initial invoice for humming bird feeders was for was for $38.22, but they charged $45.86. it was ordered Feb. 1, never received. Their response was that it was processed in Italy and ultimately stalled in Omaha on March 2. Today is March 10, the Post Office said I had been scammed after I inquired why it would take more than 8 days to get to Kansas City. Beware.

Rating:It has taken over a month for my shipment and I still have no information on it. I will not buy again from this website. I have received two text messages saying the address on my package was incorrect when I went back and checked it the address is completely right I went to the webpage. It told me to go to to correct the problem and it opens to a United States post office webpage and you feel in your information and it says you have to pay $.60 to the post office to re-mail the package and when you do that nothing happens I believe this is a scam!

Rating:Well I ordered this birdfeeder months ago and have given it up. Now i see i should have done my homework as it isnt worth it in the first place, very shoddy. A refund of the 19.98 i spent would be a start.

Rating:Placed an order for birdfeeders Mar. 13. Tracking said it was coming from Portugal then to Wichita??? Nothing since Apr.11. And the tracking number is invalid on its own help website. Don't trust this scammer - another gem that FB has allowed to advertise and rob its customers.

Rating:Not to be trusted. Finally got birdfeeder after ordering it on Apr. 5, 2023. Very, very cheap and NOT what I ordered. It was supposed to have a motorized part at the bottom to insert batteries. That was not there. $33.58 down the drain. Not legitimate. Do not even deserve 1 star.

Rating:Facebook ad for squirrel-proof bird feeder is very misleading. What you eventually get (after 6 weeks) only superficially resembles what the ad shows. They also tried to charge a very high sales tax, although it was refunded after my email complaint. Basically it is a bait and switch scam. The ad shows something that usually cost over $100 but what you get is something worth maybe $15 and is not "squirrel-proof". The money also goes to something called Banbain Trading Co. which I think is behind a lot of different scam websites.

Rating:BUYERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! LITERALLY!!!! The receipt will give you one price but your payment on your card will be $10.00 more. The receipt means nothing. They TAKE more money than what they "charge" on the receipt. And dont expect them to give it back. I have about 10 email exchanges between them fighting to get my money back and in the end, I lost. $30 stolen from a company who seems to be getting away with it.

Rating:I also ordered the "squirrel proof" feeders got charged a higher price after ordering so I complained about that and I got that refund, then it took over two months for them to come...the packaging was shoddy at best...two very light cardboard boxes in a cheap plastic bag! The boxes were toast and the feeders damaged not to mention extremely flimsy and cheaply made. They kept giving me the run around....we'll refund you $5, the $6, $7 and final offer $9 and if I choose to return them it will cost a lot more to ship to CHINA...nope. I called my credit card filed a dispute and got all my money back!!!!

Rating:Cheapest crap product ever! What a scam. They refuse to honor the return option on their website. Take a look at these photos at the trash I got. I even tried to use the one less damaged. The squirrels probably laughed as they tore it apart and dumped all the birdseed out. Ugh!!! Wish I could give a negative score.

Sure glad I used PayPal. Got a full refund after no delivery in 45 days of squirrel proof bird feeder.. Did get some phony shipping tracking stuff claiming it was manufactured in Ireland...After about 30 days the tracking messages stopped... I think their goal was to make me forget rather than ask PayPal for a refund.
