Rating:I bought something from Heatbuys.com over a week ago and it still has not been shipped out yet. I emailed the company to find out when it will be shipped out and no one has emailed me back. No phone number to call. I think I’ve been scammed for $56.

Rating:I purchased an item 9/4/2022, still hasn’t been shipped! Support contacted me to say it’ll take 4-6 weeks to restock the item, offered a refund which I agreed to, haven’t heard anything since then! I was scammed out of 54$

Rating:I ordered over 3 weeks ago the items still have not shipped. No customer service number. I emailed twice with no response. Looks like I’ve been scammed out of $56.

Rating:Same thing here… ordered a month ago.
Status of my order is active but no shipping info after 1month of wait… i emailed them 3 times. Never got a response, zero customer service, definitely a scam.
Had to contact my bank to dispute de charges cuz I for sure got scammed for 70$.
