Ordered 2 sweater pins and have not gotten them. They sent me a shipping notice with a tracking number, but not the shipping service and the tracking number is not valid with any shipping service that I can find. They are in California so shipping to Indiana shouldn't be that difficult. I e-mailed them 3 times with no replay. On their website they say you can chat with them 24/7, but there is no link to chat. I would leave 0 stars if possible. This is a scam.

Looks and smells like a scam. Wife wanted to buy cool looking wood train thing. This site seems to have numerous sites within sites mostly linked to by ads on the "Taboola feed" that often appears on News sites and clickbait sites. Their address doesn't exist on Google Maps, their phone number doesn't work and their IOSS Vat number appears to belong to Amazon Eu. Their onsite reviews use stock/Facebook photos and the comments appear word for word on several other sites. Try to spot actress Julia Roberts photo (aka Isaac Angelina on the site!).

Feels like a scam for Rx glasses & never asks for script, only age. Some people my age are near sighted while others are far sighted. NOT a way I'm going to buy glasses!

Here is the deal. The products are garbage. Can you return them for a full refund, yes. However it costs about the same or more to ship it back to China. They offer you 10% discount if you keep it.

Zero stars. Ordered the car seat gap filler, all I got was a confirmation email with a bogus tracking number that brings me to a Chinese website with no tracking information. Emailed support and was told I didn't use a proper address, but that is false, I can see the correct address in the confirmation email. This amounts to digital theft.

Im leaving a second review to correct the record. I found my package from Jinhayson after assuming it was never coming after waiting for nearly a month. Leaving four stars because the tracking they give you with your order is useless, but not an outright scam as I asserted in my previous review above.
I apologize to Jinhayson for assuming the worst. The car seat gap fillers arrived eventually and seem to be a good product for solving the very specific problem of loosing stuff wayyy under the seat while driving.

NEVER buy anything from ANYWHERE unless you check on the company first. The easiest way to check is open a blank Google page, type in the name of the company a space and the word "complaints".......the page will fill up quickly with good, bad or ugly. Every spam checker worth their weight will chime in.
