Rating:I have been trying to contact this company regarding a purchase and a refund. No response after the initial email. They requested pictures of the items but have never returned my emails 6 in total.

Rating:I otdeted a.metal shelf from this no good company. On 2/6/24 and never recieved it. I've contacted them several times just to recieve a email that was suppose to be s tracking number with odd looking symbols only . I requested a different credit card. If i could i would honestly beat someone on their head. Luckly i was only out of $26.00. I contacted facebook hoping they remove their information or block them. Very bad business. I've told everyone I know to watch out for this fsm scam

Rating:Been arguing via email only for 4 months regarding running shoes that I never received. They told me they had been delivered, and when I asked to see a picture that they were delivered to my house they didn't have one. I have repeatedly asked for the
shoes or a refund.
there is no phone number for this company that I can find so it's over email and it's very slow. This company I would rate as a one For their terrible customer service at the very least or from ripping people off.

Rating:Hans8craftservice is the worst! I ordered 2 rolling shelving units in Feb. Nothing was delivered. Giving me a song and dance. No proof of shipment. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I'd rather it less than a 1 if possible

Rating:They scammed me for $40 on an order placed in Feb 2024. Excuse after excuse!!! Lie after lie. Won't even reply to my emails anymore.

Rating:I ordered a pair of sandals. I'm still waiting. Can't seem to be able to contact them. Guess it is a scam. I'll contact my bank and see if they can help me get my .money back.
