Rating:Definitely a scam! I ordered four items and received only one.
Because I used PayPal I thought I had a claim. The website could show tracking information so PayPal refused the claim. So I paid $88 for one poorly made item. When I tried to reach out to belle locking my text message failed to be delivered!
