Rating:Ordered on August 23rd. Said 5-7 business days. Contacted them via email, which is the only way to contact them. They said 5-7 business days again, and I will get an email when it ships. Its Sept. 3rd still no email for shipping. I should have researched about this online more before I ordered! I will update if I ever get my order!

Rating:I’m having the same problem. Received pants too big. Wouldn’t take a return only offered me 20% off next purchase. I did reorder the pants but they wouldn’t take my 20% off so I cancelled the order. Then I was told it was too late to cancel the order as it was shipped yet no tracking number because it had not been shipped. Very untrustworthy and one of the items on the first order came with the grommets not attached right. Fixed them myself.
overall cheap clothing from China.

Rating:I got Dearosy app on my Facebook page. I saw a really cute shirt jacket good price. I was a little hesitant but I ordered it. It looked nothing like the pic and was too small. Their website said 30 days for return or exchange and you have to email them before shipping back the package came from California. I told them I needed the address to ship back they said sorry for the inconvenience they will give me a discount to order a bigger size. I said no I want to ship it back get refund or exchange then sent another email for discount to order bigger size I said no, third email said I can ship back but may not be worth it they are in china! I told them they are fraud and I’m writing a bad review reaching out to BBB and telling all my friends family not to use them also telling my cc company scam. I wish I read review before ordering we need to get them off social media and the platform horrible company and service also bad quality in clothes!

Rating:I purchased a shirt & tank top that came and the button on the shirt was broken and the size of the shirt was VERY small compared to my normal size. I reached out to the company like the instructions said due to the quality and they are not responding to me to give me the return address. The quality of their product and the ability to return the product is not good at all. I would not recommend this company to buy from!

Rating:Order several shirt jackets. The quality and fit of the items are terrible. I have been attempting to contact the company for over a week to get a return authorization per their return policy. They have not replied. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. This company is not legit.

Rating:Do not order from this company. The quality and fit of the jacket I ordered is too small and very CHEAP fabric. I have been attempting to contact the company for over a month to get a return authorization per their return policy and their only reply is offering a discount code. I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Rating:Ordered 2 blazers online. WOW! Garbage! The material is disgusting! The fit is appalling and placement of fabric is bizarre. Despite pressing/steaming the fabric will not lay flat....it bunches out and makes you look twice your size. Very unflattering and nothing like the photo! Absolutely ZERO response from customer service. Clearly I cannot return the items for a refund. These blazers are such a disgrace, I would be ashamed to take them to Goodwill....they have gone in the garbage. So sorry I did not do my research BEFORE my purchase! :(

Rating:I found this site through an ad, and it looked pretty cool. I ordered two sweatshirts and paid for extra-fast shipping as I wanted to give these for a gift. Needless to say the package took a month and a half to arrive after saying it would arrive in 3-5 business days and the quality of the goods given were drastically different than what was pictured. I leave this review to hopefully help people save their money. If you want something like what Dearosy offers I'm sure you can find it on Etsy.

Rating:I should have read the reviews first. I ordered a Mothers Day gift on the 8th of May and it was delivered on the 24th. That’s not the worst part. It was delivered to New Jersey and not El Paso. Epic Fail. I just emailed the company. Taking it as a loss. SMH.

Rating:I ordered a custom crew neck sweatshirt. They sent me a t-shirt. When I contacted customer service they told me I would have to bear the cost of shipping to return the item ($60 USD) or they would offer me a refund of $12 (I paid $45 USD) and they would not fulfill the original item that I purchased and paid for. Beware of this site.

Rating:The worst ever. swear on my mom this is the worst online oder experience l've ever had. The company are ignorant, liars, and full of shit. ordered something for mv wife (anniversarv\ and asked them to correct the date on my hoodie as soon as I ordered.
They answered me that they will and I should not worry. I got the hoodie with the wrong date and ever since they tried to brush it away. Be persuasive. Lie. Scam. Manipulate. The worst customer service I have ever seen it's no joke I didn't even think there are businesses like this.
They are the worst ever. The keep bullshiting me. On top of all of that they asked me to pay money out of my own pocket to receive the correct hoodie that ordered and they said since I'm paying for the shipping I'll receive two instead of one which I felt like it's fair enough since I'm paying extra on top of my order (by the way the tried at first to tell me that I should pay for shipping and just receive the replacement they will only send one hoodie)).
And since I paid that extra they gave me a tracking number that had no information. It never updates. like scammers. And let it be known that it's not like I ever wanted the incorrect item they sent me and even offered to return it on their expense since they made the mistake. For proof you could contact my email Abdoataif@gmail.com. I really really do not recommend anyone to deal with this scammers at all.

Rating:Dearosy is a scam. The pants are not comfortable at all and way too small. They have a return policy on their website, but when you say you want to return them they try to buy you off with a cheap discount for a next order. They don't want you to return items at all as they are produced cheaply in China. Don't buy at this store!!!
