Rating:They will not accept returns. Clothes were expensive, took a month to arrive, cheap material and the wrong size. They won't reply to my request for a refund and I have now read their returns policy - which is complicated and clearly doesn't offer the prospect of any returns

Rating:Total rip-off. I ordered a Cable Knit Irregular Hem Cardigan, which looked great in the picture. But what I received in the post after waiting almost 4 weeks was nothing like what they advertise. Turns out that the picture is actually the Buckle Braid Front Cardigan from PattyBoutik; they just cropped the model's head and removed the watermark (seems like it should be illegal). It will take all the creative prowess I can muster to turn it into something wearable. Unfortunately it looks like I'll have no choice since they don't give refunds. ???? Hygge Point!!

Rating:Do not order from this company. I ordered some sweaters a month and a half ago and there is no sign of them. After responding to my email and promising to look into it, customer service has dropped off the face of the earth. They have my money and I have no Christmas gift.
They don’t even deserve one star but I had no choice.

Rating:I ordered 2 sweaters on November 18, 2019. Have not received them, but they have my money. Their customer service is the worst and there is no telephone number to contact them. I have requested a refund but no response.

Rating:I ordered the silver grey fluffy long gillet it looked gorgeous in the picture. When it arrived after over a month it is nothing like the picture what so ever. It is shabby cheap nylon thin fluff it’s horrendous and to top the lot it’s tiny it fits a person who’s a size 8/10 I’m a 20/22. I did order XXL. Not a chance have there sent me that size. Iv tryed so many ways to get a refund even PayPal will not help me I’m so mad as I carnt afford to loose my money there have kept its totally out of order and illegal what there are doing to people there need to be stopped immediately. These people are scammers and rip you off, AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND ON FACEBOOK.
