Rating:This website is a scam. Made an order, the invoice was sent from ngohoailinh@outlook.com, email said that more info would be sent when the product shipped. Nearly a week went by and nothing, so I emailed their support email on the website asking for an update, the response came from the same email address but was labeled "Support Jameshayfler". Their response was that the product had shipped and they couldn't send a tracking number because they were so busy, so I asked which shipping company they used and they responded saying an employee shipped the product and was too busy to respond. At that time I looked up their physical address and found that it does not exist, checked my card that I made the purchase with and found nothing related to James haufler, but found a purchase from "Bootyboom clothing" in Perth for the amount of the purchase. I contacted my card and reported it as fraud and reversed the charges and canceled the card. Since then I have not received any more responses from the company despite my reaching out again.

Rating:3rd one here to be scammed, for an order placed 8/22/22, for a $70 plant from James Haufler in UT. The charge went through Bootyboon in Perth, AU. A week and several emails later, no goods sent, no shipping contact given, no refund made for the cancelled order. VISA is investigating, charging me $15 to do so. I should get the refund.
