Rating:Never received my order. Unable to contact them by phone. My emails were not answered. Seems to be a total scam, which cost me $78.

Rating:I made an oder August 2022, goods never delivered and i emailed them to cancel order, was told i would be credited back. This never occured and emails not responded to. $133AUD lost now, so i have reported this to the Australian ACCC so that other people do not get scammed.

Rating:BEWARE OF GOOD AND CARE! After they process your order you see delivery will take 22-45 days! And when you ask where your order is they CANCEL it and DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! Charges are processed under the name CLOUD 9 if anyone wants to dispute the charges. Also you can file a report with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov

Rating:I wish I could rate it less than 1.
There support sucks. I made an order on Sept 17th, 2023 and still it is under transit(Feb 17th 2024).
I raised tickets about expedite, statusCheck, cancellation but everything was of no use.
Send email to their email address as well.
Please be careful while ordering from them.
