    I ordered a product ( adult retractable stool) and got the wrong one ( a mini one). Waited 21 days for it to arrive. No statement in the envelope. Emailed them 3 times with no reply . I looked them up - it is a site in UK with a bogus looking paste-on for the company name: - Labubu which said "this is not a return address". No phone number. It said 30 day money back guarantee.

    I looked up the name and address on the shipping label and there was no real information for that company ( Jet 12500 Siauson Ave, unit B1a, Santa Fe Springs CA 90670 - International logistics) , with no way to speak with someone , nor an email I could write to for return info.

    I ordered from pickedshop with over $290 U S dollars , the products arrived 54 days later , majority of content were broken , the rest were not functioning and /or wrong items,

    Wrote email at day of receiving package and repeatedly for 4 times , also wrote on the website of "contact section " 2 times asking for return address for return and refund ( no return address were provided in any where , on website they post 30 days return and refund guarantee but customer must write to them to get return address ) They never respond to me , and credit card refuse to help . .
