Rating:I was about to order some pants and a jacket but it seemed too good to be true. After checking here I tried to find some way to contact them on their web page. The only way that I could find was by snail mail. Someone did a nice job with the site though. looks real legit.

Well, I got my order delivered, but the quality control is poor (one pair had a missing loop and D ring and didn't match the other pair of different color. More importantly, they use the cheapest zippers I have ever seen installed on anything. Would not buy again based on that.

And they are no more located in England than you are satisfied: Scamdoc's full report indicates that the site was developed in China, with a wholly industrial counterfeit care.

Rating:Same by me. Ordered 9th April and still haven't got any notice from them. I also sent an e-mail and no reply. I want to be patient but there are too many bad comments to be calm. I saw the ad on Instagram a month ago and today there is another similar ad on Instagram with different website, with same products. I can't help thinking this is scam. OMG.

I purchased pants and jacket 11 days ago, and still no information on shipping / no tracking number. I just wanted some pants that don't rip. I think I have been scammed. I used Paypal, and may need to look filing a complaint or getting money back via them.

Rating:I wish I'd checked them out before sending them $35 thinking I'd get a good pair of pants. I guess "too good to be true" really is, on the internet. No product, almost 2 weeks later, and no response to e-mails.

SCAM! Order to pair of pants from an ad I saw on instagram. Went to their website (which looks legit af), and made my order. 30 days later NOTHING! No reply to my email, no tracking number, no phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a medium size tactical pants on April 17th and received them today on May 10th delivered to Canada. I was really worried I was going to get a smaller size from the reviews I read here and elsewhere. I wasn't worried about losing my money as PayPal is great for protecting your funds. These tactical pants came exactly as I ordered and same image as on their website. Keep in mind they are thin and the zipper seems kind of cheap but hey...I paid $29 which a decent price for waterproof pants. There support sucks but any issues email them through PayPaI. I may take another chance and order their tactical jacket. Otherwise from other peoples experience buyer beware and try to use PayPal to protect your funds.

Worst quality I have ever seen! They offer 25% refund for a product that the zip doesn't work! Basically, they keep the rest of the money for a product that will be in the garbage. The offer really makes us here look like idiots! Reported to visa and backcharging them.

Rating:Bought three pair of pants and paid to ship them stateside within two weeks. After three weeks I emailed them no reply emailed one other time sent me a tracking number that I couldn't figure out so I thought I got fucked. Emailed again said it was near my home and two days later they arrived. I tried to try those fuckers on not only are they too small they are too short. I emailed these fuck nuts the other day wanting an refund. They wanted a pick of the shipping order on the package. I got a reply saying it will cost 20 bucks for me to mail back so why don't I just give it away as a present or sale them to someone. I emailed them back I don't know anyone this size and I wanted a refund. Last response i received from these mothers is that they will give me a 20% discount and still sale or give these pants away.

This site needs to be reported and shutdown!
I was partly instrumental in getting a similar site shutdown in the past by complaining and getting others to complain to the authorities. also, get the word out there, no business means they'll have no option but to shut down!

anything you buy is one way...your money that is.
it took me over 2 months to get my pants that were 3 sizes too small and anything but tactical. I'd probably rip them weeding the garden. I will say that the ads are impressive. 4 back and forth email cycles later we were up to 35% refund (10% on next purchase, 20%, final offer of 30% and then 35%.) returning for the full refund would cost the same amount. Screw them and stay away.
I would rate them no stars but apparantely there needs to be at least one.

Rating:Horrible sub-par materials & construction; holes in pockets & zippers that pull apart with little stress. Sizes are variable and inaccurate at best.
Customer service initially offered a 10% ($6) refund and it took me nearly 2 weeks to get anything near a decent partial refund.

Rating:Got my tactical jacket in 22 days ordered through PayPal. Fits fine. Second order with success. I don't why everyone is having problems. As I've seen on Amazon with similar tactical items, always order one size larger when making orders from Asia.

Be careful with cottagegift.com, meetfancy.com and scollor.com All are operating out of China and Great Britain with questionable service and products. Same web sites design and products.

You DONT want their products anyway. Complete scam and misrepresentation and waste of world resources. Very poor quality pants. Very poor pocket sizes and configuration (unusable) . Low quality and faulty zips. Lightweight buttons. Completely inaccurate sizing. The pants are TINY. Poor inconsistent unhelpful unbusinesslike after sales communication (can’t call it service- it’s avoidance). The claims that they make are LIES. Scam site. AVOID. The worst pants I have ever purchased. They are too unreliable and cannot be worn.

Rating:PAYPAL required me to RETURN all of the order on my OWN EXPENSE with tracking to China, not just the defective ones. I had to spend an additional $70 in SHIPPING to hopefully get my original $110 back!!!

Rating:Total scam. I got 4 large pairs of pants. I couldn't even pull them up past my knees. Extremely poor quality, stitching falling apart right out of the box. The company told me I got what I ordered but they'd give me 15% off on my next order.
Basically they stole $90 from me and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it !
