Rating:To whom it may concern, I am very disappointed with this company, I've purchased two pairs of flats on 8/20/2022 and have yet to receive them. I have not heard from anyone pertaining to this matter, so I guess I can kiss that $120.00 good bye. You definitely got me, an will no longer be getting any of my business.

Rating:WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
I wish I can give zero stars instead. I purchased a pair of high top tennis shoes, the ones that look like Puma. When I finally received them, the quality were TERRIBLE! When I tried one shoe on, it felt like I was walking on the floor, the sole was pretty much none existent. On the sight it appeared to by hard like leather but what I got was this flimsy soft leather, nothing like the picture, and the smell of them when I first open the package was horrible. I immediately sent an email because you are not able to speak to a live person, to return them back for a refund and two days later I received a response stating because they have to go back to China I would have to pay all this money just to return. I informed them at this point I don't care I want return them anyway because I don't want to have something I'm never going to wear, but they still having me take a refund less that what I paid for them, it's 10/10/22 and it's still not been resolved yet because they still trying to get me to take a discount. I don't want to purchase anything else from this site, and I've already involved my attorney. I don't recommend this company to anyone please go else where, there are other site that have way better products and their customer service is way better, you can actually speak to a live person, not this email back and forth crap.

Rating:Worst company I’ve dealt with. Ordered a pair of shoes. Paid in full. When they showed up they were not what I paid for. Junk shoes showed up. They will not take them back. Offered me 20 percent of what I paid it a 30 percent discount on the next pair. Total scam outfit. Stay away.

Rating:I would not purchase from Chicsistar. I ordered a pair of champagne colored shoes from them. They sent me a pair of gray shoes and would not correct their error. They offered to give me appx $5.00 for a $60.00 purchase.
