Rating:I made the mistake of ordering from this website. I was required to set up an account, ok I did that. I made my payment through PayPal. I went back that afternoon to check on something, and found that I could not access my account. I tried the "forgot password" feature, but it told me they did not have anything with that email address. I sent an email to the address on the site, it was returned undeliverable. I called the phone number, and was told the voice mail was full. The address listed was in Florida, the phone number was from California. PayPal gave me another email address for this company, so I just sent a cancellation request and refund. I really don't expect to hear back from them. Hopefully, PayPal will be helpful, but I have to wait to see if I get a reply. I feel sure I was scammed. And I feel so dumb, I know better, but I got caught on the wrong day and did not check it out. I will post an update if this is resolved.

Rating:My experience is exactly as Gretchen's. I filed a dispute with PayPal and PayPal said seller provided them with a USPS tracking number that showed delivered in my zip code and closed it in sellers behalf. I never received what I ordered and now I'm going through my CC bank to dispute it letting them know I never received what I ordered.

Rating:I ordered about $100 worth and got no receipt, no tracking number, nothing. I called the customer service number which was "no longer in service". I emailed KROPHIX and received no response. I went to the website to check my account - My account was not there. I complained to PAYPAL and they denied my refund...at first. KROPHIX sent them a FAKED delivery notice showing that my article was delivered "to someone in my zip code". I told PAYPAL it was faked, so PAYPAL checked further and then awarded my refund.
I won't order from them again - neither should you!

Rating:My experience is a lot like Gretchens! Total Scam and PayPal lost my respect too! Why does PayPal continue to allow this website to use them as a Pay service I have no clue! My CC reaolved my refund immediately after 3 weeks of haggling with paypal! Krophix.com is a TOTAL SCAM. ALL their contact info is bogus! Shame on them, and shame on PayPal!
