    I am so utterly disappointed and in tears. My sister passed away not long ago at age 35. I'm 33. I decoded to get a necklace for myself and two others for family members.

    One of the chain clasps broke as soon as I opened it to out one on. But the worst part is when you look through it, you can't actually see anything! It only works with a torch at night and is still not that clear. Very very disappointed. I've reexplaoned to customer service multiple times and they have the same response and won't acknowledge that the product does not too the first thing advertised, to see a image when you look into it. An absolute scam and rip off. Don't waste your time and money. These people should be ashamed.

    I am nervous already after purchasing this product I now can’t log in to my account so I suspect I have Been scammed … I’m so sick of this behaviour taking advantage of innocent clients trying to support small business in covid … it’s not fair … none of us have any spare money just to throw it away … I’m just hoping karma is a bitch and one day they will get theirs… grrr
