Ordered two 120 gal patio boxes for $155. Two months later I received two little foldout bins about the size of a large shoe box. AVOID THIS SCAM!!

Rating:Same as Chris above. I received two medium sized storage boxes instead of the 120 gallon deck box. I tried to resolve it through Paypal, and was told that I would get a refund if I paid to return the products to China and the company approves. Total scam, via a rather legitimate looking website. Unfortunately, Paypal seems to support their actions.

Rating:I also ordered the 120 gal patio storage container from Fluteh9hca.com and received a small shoebox sized, foldout box in the US mail more than 6 weeks later. When I contacted their email support, I was asked for photos of what they mailed along with the SKU and order number from the label. It's just a delay tactic. They don't even provide a return address for the product in their packaging.

Rating:These people are a fraud and misleading they send you what they want to send you and not what you ordered. and they have the nerve to lye about it and tell you that you ordered the item.
I hope people read these reviews before purchasing anything from this horrible company

Rating:They are a scam wish I saw the site before I ordered! I ordered a Outland 893 19" portable propane fire pit with carry case and received a cast iron stand with an aluminum pot. I even sent the a copy of the confirmed order with a product photo and a photo of the received product, they were not even close in looks or decscription.
Reply: "The product you ordered from us is what you received, hope to do business with you again in the future. That's not going to happen

Rating:Had the same issue. Ordered a outdoor storage container and a different item showed up weeks later.
Will be filing complaints everywhere possible. It is amazing they get away with it. I am only giving 1 star because I have to put something. This place is a scam.

Rating:I ordered a gas firepit advertised on different site, but after purchase with my Visa and then funneled hu PAYPAL, I saw alerts of scams by FLUTE9HCA so became concerned . I could not cancel order thru my Visa hence, hoped I would not be scammed; Today my package came containing a cheap watch and belt set. I have read accounts acknowledging that they are aware of scams as reported by others; but continue to process orders. I would never order from this company , and their thievery has to be stopped. I will order only within USA. My dreams of sitting by night fire are burned out Anybody want a cheap watch or belt?

I also ordered the large outdoor storage container. Website shows delivered…..NOTHING was ever delivered!!!! Wish 0 stars was an option, it’s what they deserve!!!! They had this response:

Rating:I also ordered the propane firepit. The price was about half that of Lowes or Home Depot. I guess I only have myself to blame by not checking out the company online. They sent me a small backpacking stove. Useless.

Rating:This website is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!! They advertise live size Christmas decorations for the front yard and send garbage 6 inch size crap. First off, I ordered my decoration on 11/27 and just received it today 12/27. I kept emailing them and they kept saying thank you be patient you'll get your order and I kept asking to cancel and for them to issue me a refund and they kept avoiding me. Finally, I get it today, I paid almost $90 for a little 6 inch figure. Total scam DO NOT order from them!
