Rating:Artfire.com has hosted vendors that defraud their customers Artfire enables fraud by their vendors by enabling their vendors to BLOCK consumer ratings on the Artfire site! This alone should have warned me that Artfire could be a Pirate's Cove, a safe haven for scammers. And indeed, Artfire vendor Yushop scammed me at a cost of over $200 for 2 Eurmax Canopy tents I ordered on 6/11/2021. When Artfire was contacted, they promptly sent me an email reassuring me that my order was still being processed. Then instead of sending me two tents, Artfire's vendor sent me two disposable paper face masks valued 50 cents each. The flimsy masks came one per envelope to generate 2 tracking numbers. Artfire's vendor accepted payment via PayPal, then did not deliver the product. The vendor never responded to my inquiries, nor when notified of the scam did Artfire assist in any way. Artfire.com enabled this scamming activity by hosting Yushop, a vendor with SCAM WARNINGS posted on this site! Artfire seems content to host vendors they have not vetted and then to defend them when they're in the process of defrauding customers.
