Rating:This store is a fake store. They just purchase items on their amazon account and ship it to you.
After my order of a particular edition of a book, I got a different edition in the mail from amazon with no identifying information about the package being related to Popular Items Online. Amazon told me to give the book away because I was not expecting that package. Then the seller is demanding I return the book to him to get a refund, even though he shipped the wrong item, AND was just ordering off Amazon.
The "customer service team," although it starts with emailing Info@popularitemsonline.com, you will notice that you get a reply from a personal gmail account - niccook48@gmail.com
AVOID.

Rating:On October 5, I placed an order and today isvOctober 19, 2022 and they keep telling me my order has been placed and they will text or email me when they will ship my item… and that’s ALL I EVER GET FROM THEM, no date, no nothing!!!

Rating:BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I made a purchase on 9/23/22, received a shipping update on 9/30/22 and as of 11/11/22 I still have not received my order. I reached out to "Customer Service" via email multiple times and they do not respond. I have also attempted the Chat option and again, no response. In a nutshell, they charged me $122.10 for a purchase I never received. This site is a total SCAM. Don't fall for it like I did.
