Rating:I ordered a folding keyboard from this company but received instead a cheap pair of novelty gloves! I received ha prompt reply to my e-mail of complaint telling me that records show that my order was successfully delivered. I have contacted them again to insist that I either get the item for which I have paid or a full refund. I still await a reply

Rating:Ordered a foldable 88-key-piano for only 35 USD at zhuangrantrade.com. Even at Aliexpress they are sold for about 100 USD. Paid with Paypal and opened a case after 2 weeks to not have received my goods. Within the same minute I got the refund. They sold music-instruments and gadgets in May and June 2022. Now, in July 2022 they sell pet-products. They managed to send something to make it appear it's still in transit to the destination-country. However, the trackingnumber is for a package from China to China. I keep writing and insisting to receive my piano, even if I received refund from Paypal already. I wonder if I will receive something and what it will be.
That zhuangrantrade.com-shop is total scam. Don't spend a Penny on their goods!

Rating:Scammmmm they send you different item than whst u ordered and to get refund they wabt you to pay to return the item in my case they sent me scarf i ordered pet grooming kit. They try to negotiate with you saying if i pay retirn scarf they will refund me 40 perfect lol...and now they up to 70 percent...this is how they scam you...already contacted cc company and other agencies....keep at it don't let them get away with this.
