Rating:They never sent my order. They have no phone # to contact. When I inquired via email, they claimed the delay was because my item was being custom made but would ship the next day (this was a manufactured kitchen item available on many sites). They never provided shipping information. After a few more days, I asked for a refund they said I had to pay a fee because a month had passed. When I rejected this and reminded them that they never shipped, they said they refunded (they never did). They also said that the bank warned them about me when I placed the order as someone who requests refunds to get free items but they accepted my order anyway (there is zero truth in their statement).
I had no recourse other than disputing with my cc and my bank issued a chargeback.
