Been waiting for an order since 9th March. Had lots of emails about where order is. Last one on Saturday 3rd April saying with Hermes world, can’t get in touch with seller, think I’ve been scammed

I have just received an order of sandles that I ordered 2 months ago from an Instagram site.
They arrived this morning. Wrong size sent. I ordered a 6 and gave recurved a 7.
They are NOT leather as described or look anything like the photo on their site.
There is no correspondence inside so I guess I’ve lost £38.
Not the end of the world but these scammers need stopped from advertising. Instagram has a lot to answer for.
