    They are a scam, fake. Unfortunately I shopped there and they sent a product that I didn't order and they do not respond to my emails. They never sent the rest of the products. I lost ally money. This web page should be completely blocked.

    Hello, I made a purchase in fadoya.com one month ago, still my items were never sent. They refuse to give me a refund, I've been in contact with them through email and in every email they respond with a template, not refering to what I said.

    When I asked for a refund, they told me that since my order was made more than 24h ago they would keep the 15% of the payment. I refused, because their shipment policy says that they would take max 10 days in shipping the items and they never sent them.

    This is a total SCAM. Don't buy in that site.

    I ordered from them on January 20, 2022, and received the first item on February 12, 2022. It was a wrong item. I contacted the customer service. Same thing described above happened. I emailed them with their website information which I got from whois site and told them I have reported them to BBB Scam tracker and the FTC. I also told them that I have given both their US address as well as Chinese address (my sister speaks fluent mandarin). Today I received an email saying the order is cancelled and I will be fully refunded in 2 weeks. I'll check with my bank and see what happens.
