I have been scammed 01/12/2022 at 04:21 PMRating:
Definitely a scam, they keep changing websites, last week they were defect.com, they are now migreatest.com.
I ordered an item on the 24th December, and they have taken a payment of 78 pound, but I have not received any correspondence. I tried to email them but I have not had any replies, I have also emailed the US website and same again no reply.
They also change addresses, last week the were in Taunton, now the are in Yorkshire.

The website has gone, this is the second website in 2 weeks, the original one was gdefect.com. They are definitely scammers.

Amazingly my bank managed to get a full refund from Hello Australia which was the payment reference on my bank account. Apparently it’s an office supply business and the payment was taken by someone with a simple shop type card machine. The website has now been taken down as it was a total scam so good luck if like me you were scammed your bank may be able to retrieve the payment.
