I ordered a product and received the product I ordered, however I was not completely satisfied and asked for a refund which I was told I would not get. The paint on the product I received appeared to be computer generated and not hand painted as stated on their website. After several emails back and forth I asked if they were going to refund my money and they said no refunds for quality issues even though their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I have disputed the charge with my bank so hopefully it will get resolved that way. This product was very cheap looking and is not worth the money. Do not buy, and if you do you better hope that you are completely satisfied because you will not receive a refund. I also tried to leave a review on their website and could not, so don't trust the reviews on their website.
