Rating:This is a scam company. They do not deliver the VCR player and they don't refund your money, even though they say they will.

Rating:I Ordered a VCR and received two blank DVDs, a supposed picture of the owner and his family, and a note indicating that the rest of the order would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. I Have not received the order or tracking numbers on the shipments thus far. I engaged a chat session with Alyson Miller on their website and they indicated my order would be expedited. A few hours later I receive an email from vcrplayerstore@gmail.com. The email is registered to Brett Bartlett. A google search indicates that he is involved in several scams. Here is one individual's account in dealings with him regarding Dynasty Toys. https://prosperopedia.com/brett-bartlett-dynasty-toys-amazon-sales-and-face-masks-what-i-learned-from-interacting-with-a-scammer/
He also has a complaint filed against him in Superior Court of California regarding another scam with Concept Management Company. https://www.chamberlitigation.com/sites/default/files/Orange%20County%202020-01152187%20complaint%20%281%29.pdf
Also the picture of him and his family matches the Brett Bartlett involved in these scams. The return address on the packet I received is from 16619 Brendon Court Spring, TX 77379 which is not registered to Brett Bartlett.
