Rating:Ordered on Dec 1st, 2021. Was PROMISED by whoever responds to Facebook Messenger, that we would have it BEFORE Xmas. It's now Dec 26th at 11:49pm (CST) & the last thing reported from Cainiao tracking was Dec. 9th (it actually shipped on Dec 2). The last bit of shipping that we're aware of on Dec 8th is "Import Clearance Success". Nothing since then; USPS is still waiting for the package. We keep getting told by Prodex Shop that it takes 7-15 days... OBVIOUSLY THEY LIE!!! It's been in transit for 25 days now!

They have until January 1st before I demand my mother be refunded.

Rating:Site appears to be shut down now. Hopefully they will be caught and prosecuted soon.
Credit card dispute files, so I'm good. Hope no one used their debit card.

Rating:It's a scam and the website had been shutdown. File a fraud report if you did order from this wrbsite. I emailed the address provided and the email returned as no valid email.
