Highly dissatisfied customer 01/14/2022 at 03:43 PM
Rating:This company is a huge scam. Do not order. When called out they lie and blame the customer for being the scammer. If it’s not a scam then they have the worst customer service personal named Adam. They threatened theft by not issuing me a refund on products they never shipped. They also blame me for not understanding that their 20k reviews are just placeholders. Either way don’t do business with this company. Horrible business practices.

Disgusted 05/12/2022 at 01:04 PM
Rating:Everything about the experience was duplicitous. The company's proffered discount isn't one, and the free shipping only applies one finds out to purchases over $100. The visuals of the items with prices are also fictitious; when you click to select you see the low price is suddenly for a far lower quantity. On a purchase of 3 regular size bottles of vitamins, the company wanted to charge @$29.99 to ship. But shipping is free if you live in Dallas! The site is bait and switch on every level possible.

Rating:Absolute scam. Ordered Celtic sea salt at an incredible deal. Ordered confirmed and paid for. Never received the order and customer service was contacted. They said it was "out of stock". That was 6 weeks ago and now they will not communicate with me at all.
