Rating:They are an official distributor of Lavazza and I bought my machine from them. They have great customer service.

Rating:You folks are the only store that has a ridiculous policy that do not provide a Satisfaction Guarantee or Return for Refund due to "Inferior" Grade of coffee. The coffee was MFD 2023, roasted a year ago, unacceptable. I would ship back ALL the coffee that I had purchased if you provide a Return Shipping Label. The coffee you shipped are so horrid that I can't consume them they are undrinkable. I was hoping to find a coffee shop where I could continue to purchase "FRESH" roasted coffee, sadly you shipped the "OLDEST" bags of coffee that are "Unpalatable". I surely won't be doing business with your company and I rated the Subpar Kicking Horse with a 1 star rating, if 0 stars were available I would have selected that. Provide a shipping label and I am willing to ship ALL the bags of coffee , needless to say I am very disappointed and utterly "DISATISFIED".
