Rating:Order a puppy paid my money. No puppy!!!!!! had a contract person and her name is Lucy. Get a deliver date of Oct 14, Now I can't get in touch touch with her. So I am thinking that I am not getting the Puppy. All I ask was where the puppy was coming from. email are returned to me.

Rating:Order a blazer dress no dress. Was emailing back and forward with someone kr something name Lucy in which she stated if I had not recieved my item i would get a full refund, that was September 12th 2021. Then tried emailing again September 30th and got a message stating the email address xould not be found. FRAUDULENT!!!!! I wish i could give it NO STARS

Rating:I had ordered a Eagle Aspen fm booster on agenhhd.com.The amount was deducted from by debit card by altusready.com.After a few days the above mentioned website agenhhd.com was disappeared and also the customer care email id was fake. How can i get my debited amount by altusready.com

Receive tracking nr, item arrives in country and then gets delivered to someone else. Seems someone is feeding them real tracking nrs to use as if it is theirs, only it is someone elses nr.

Rating:I have bought a pair of sport shoes at 24th of September and only 2 days ago by the track I have noted that my purchase arrived in italy where I am but delivered in different address in another region. So they have used my track number for different customers. It's not a mistake, it's a Freud , because the contract care email address doesn't exist, and if you send a message nobody reply it . It's very disappointed

Rating:I suffered exactly the same as Anje. I ordered golf clubs from lucy@order-mail.net. They never came despite tracking number etc. I contacted the post here in Sweden and found out that a delivery was made to another customer with the same track number. SCAM

Rating:Definitely scammers as many others have said.I ordered my item on 15 Nov21 from Rubytight.shop, received despatch notification & tracking number, kept an eye on the tracking & then realised it had been delivered on 9 December to Baldivis WA, whereas my shipping address in in Canberra ACT ( the other side of the Country !) Rubytight website now shut down despite sending numerous emails to Customer Care with no replies. It now trades as segenshop.online & you can’t access your order details. Emails to their Customer Care have also been ignored. So fraudulent scammers. Stay away, but be aware that they change Trading Names!!

Rating:Unfortunately, I got scammed. Ordered a Cherokee DNA plus kit on the site-putvgrave.com on Nov.26. Status continued to say pending. Still says pending and it’s Dec 16. I started to realize this was fraudulent when I could never get ahold of anyone, but only sending message on site. I would never get a reply, but all of the sudden last week I received a response from an email address from eshop@segenshop.online. Upon researching the email address, I ended up on this site. Clearly, others have had issues with this email, and it seems like this email is linked to other sites. Putvgrave.com does not have a contact number nor email address listed. When I received an email from apparently “ store owner” there was no name on it other than store owner. I have emailed multiple times that email address and getting no response. They took my $69.50 immediately out of my account the day I purchased the DNA kit. I do not know how to get my money back other than filing a fraud case with my bank which I am. The sad thing is my mother in law is the one who sent me the link, because she wanted the kit for a Christmas present. I usually don’t order from sites I don’t know, but I trusted she thought it was ok since she sent it to me. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD- beware!!!!!!!!!

Rating:I ordered 2 cart tires on November 14, 2021 never got them but billed on Visa for $53. Site is gone. Scammers
