Rating:Scam website. Purchased a book over 2 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. They're website is glitchy, sometimes unable to access my order page.

Rating:Scam. Ordered a sofa bed and says delivery and never received anything. Don’t buy anything from them unless you have money to give away.

Rating:Ordered a book off them on the 7th August. Still not received anything and it has still not been despatched. On 8th September they told me it had been packed in the warehouse and would be sent out priority. Still not happened. Have now opened a dispute with paypal.

Rating:Yeh do NOT order off them. I ordered the never ending story book off them. They tried to claim it was delivered to me. They sent PayPal bogus tracking but they were emailing me to say they had not shipped it. Their customer service was an absolute joke. Lucky we have a camera on our front door so I was able to prove nothing came along with their stupid emails to me saying different things to what they were telling PayPal. Do not buy from them is all I can say and thank goodness for PayPal as they saved my ass, I won my case.

Rating:Ordered a book " the neverending story" after a long tome waiting i e-mailed the shipping department and they said it was delivered to the right address but i never recieved it. They said " check around it could be should be there. I checked every concivable place and nowhere to be found. They suggested i take the tracking number to the post office and see if they have it. I did and the post office employee said it never even made it there and they scan everything. They just said " sorry for so much inconvienence but it showed it was delivered". So i e-mailed the store and they aplologized about so much inconveinence and asked the shipping department and said " they said it was delivered so there is nothing more we can do and will not be sending any more e-mails to you and since i opened a case someone will contact you to make a solution but no one contacted me.Basicly saying to bad so sad you did not get your package and you lost your money. I told them i will not be buying anything from here so i do not lose anymore money and they should make it to where people can track their order and it not say "page not found" . Do not buy from this site unless you like not getting your order and losing your money!
