Zoteb is wholly a scam. I ordered a product that showed up on Google search. After I ordered it, I noticed they don't even sell herbicides and the herbicide doesn't show in search results ($70 for what is normally $120). I immediately responded to the e-mail shown in the PayPal transaction and asked for it to be cancelled and a refund issued. No response.

So I e-mailed support@zoteb.com. E-mail bounced. They don't even have an MX DNS entry to accept e-mail. Disputed it with PayPal. Days later, the seller replied to PayPal with a UPS tracking number showing a delivery to my city, so PayPal denied the $70 claim.

I reached out to UPS. UPS showed the name/address they delivered it to on the claim form I requested for the tracking number. It was delivered to a church in my city, addressed to my name then the pastor's name. I sent the UPS provided information to PayPal, and PayPal immediately refunded me. If I went to the church and they remember the package, I would bet my left nut the box just had a rock in it.

The PayPal transaction listed a 163.com address (which is a Chinese free e-mail provider). The PayPal transaction showed NOVAGEM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED which is a Hong Kong registered business. Zoteb.com lists a US residence as their place of business. On the Zoteb site, all the social media links just go to the provider. Not an actual profile page.

The Zoteb.com site looks to be a clone/stolen content from TheRubz.com.

    SCAM.
