Rating:Sent incorrect item, then acted like the do not understand English. Offered a 10% refund instead of a replacement or full refund. They will not accept returns. With so many of these ads, you do not know they are foreign until you have placed a order, by then it's too late. The Federal Trade Commission really needs to stop all these Asian and European Scam Companies who mainly sell wigs and clothing from advertising and selling in the US. So many foreign Scam companies hitting Americans hard. Unless its Amazon, NO MORE ONLINE SHOPPING FOR ME!
