I've ordered and paid some bras. The next day I got an e-mail about my order being cancelled and the money refunded, but it never was. Unfortunately, I looked for rewiews only afterwards.

I thought they are located in LA. But it turned out they are not. Providing an incorrect tracking number. They want me to cancel the dispute and promising to refund the many directly. Can not believe them

I realized it had to be a scam when it had no phone number associated with the website and no order umber or confirmation email only too late. the tracking number is also bogus. I was lucky that capital one put in a claim and refunded my money.

I ordered from Wishlas because I stupidly assumed they were an American company because because it said Los Angeles. If only I had done a search on them first. I ordered according to the sizing chart, but since they are from China, the items were way too small. Asked to return or exchange, but they didn’t stand by their 30 return policy. They refused a return label. I replied to their email with my dissatisfaction. They’ve offered first $3, then $5, now $7. I last replied the only way I would be satisfied was a return label, exchange or full refund. Also told them I was spreading the word to avoid buying anything from them! I’d rate them a negative -10!

If you're thinking of getting the Wishlas bra or poreless cleanser please don't! Read this review https://www.sabireviews.com/wishlas-review/ and thank me later!

This company is based in China. There is no physical address or telephone number which should prompt consumers to be cautious. I foolishly ordered the Green Tea mask stick. It finally arrived in about 3 weeks. For $25 it is less than 2 oz of product. And for items that go on the face, consumers should be aware that CHINA tests on animals. So if cruelty-free is something you care about this company is NOT it! And do not order any items you need to try on, they have only 2-3 other items. To return something made in China will be a logistical nightmare. They should be honest about the location and they are not. Not many consumer reviews on there and I highly doubt what is up on their website is even legitimate.

To make things even worse, the product is junk! I fell for their gimmick on their Instagram page. Should have known not to trust Instagram /Facebook because they do not protect the users on there. They only care about AD dollars, so anyone can post something and pass it off as legitimate. SKIP IT, FOLKS.

I also purchased two bras. After waiting over a month they finally came and to say the least I am not satisfied. They were shipped from China with no invoice or instruction on how to return. I should have known better.

I wish I had read some of these comments before ordering, unfortunately 2 bras, terrible unusable product. I can’t even return because I cannot obtain any return information. Looking into reporting this company

I ordered the green pore cleanser, got a usps tracking number, it’s been a month , and it was only printed, never sent. Still waiting, after seeing these comments, the closest I’m getting to this stick is the picture!!! Got to RE order it from a different site.

ZERO STARS. (Maybe 1/2 star for prompt responses to my emails.) I ordered a package of two bras. They arrived after a month. They looked nice, but were far too small. I ordered a 4XL, which was advertised as fitting a 46C. The bras were labeled with the size I ordered, but the bras were actually a U.S. size 36A or 36B. (I measured the band, which was only 32 inches, and the cup was either a large A or a small B.) When I emailed to request a return label for a refund, they first asked me to send pictures of the product and the order confirmation (even though I had already provided the order number). When I sent pictures, they stated that they cannot accept the return because it was a "promotion product" and also because of "safety reasons." They offered to refund me $5. Nowhere on the product page did it say anything about the bras being ineligible for return, and I had read the return policy prior to purchase. The return policy states: "If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded. The returns policy may vary during promotional periods, please check the terms & conditions of the promotion before placing your order." As noted, the product page for the bras I purchased did not say they were ineligible for return, nor did the order confirmation page. With regard to the "safety issue," I didn't even open one of the bra packages,... Read more
