I believe this to be a scam. they are masquerading as Auspost. And want to bill me to deliver a parcel.

yes, i just got the same and said the sticker was ripped and the address details were missing and i would be charged a fee for the re-direction...SCUMBAG scammers

I just got exactly the same, a text message that then sent me to a ‘virtual assistant’ stating all they could read was my name & phone number & couldn’t read senders details either so I needed to pay the $3 handling fee - sounds very scam like to me!
