I placed an order from the "Homeapplianceguys.com" for $164.99 and it was a scam. I received a conformation email from "Worldappliancestore.com" thanking me for the order and I will receive my tracking number soon which I never received. My credit card account was charged the $164.99 paid to a different company "Blafttechsales". I called the phone numbers listed for all three companies and none were valid. I feel so stupid placing the order and having trust in people that just take advantage of others.

I ordered an outdoor heater, was charged 164.99 and received a receipt with no address or contact information other than an e-mail support. After contacting e-mail support and calling several numbers, I was able to get through to a live person who told me my order was on the way, which of course was supposed to be received by Christmas, but because it was shipping from Canada it might be a day late. When I complained about not receiving a shipping confirmation and threatened to report them, I finally received one, but saw that it was coming from China with a fake shipping confirmation number. I contacted my bank and submitted a complaint with the FBI for fraud. Although the FBI may not be able to do anything for me, they may be able to shut this site down. I too feel stupid and it is shameful that others will take advantage of COVID-19 and the need to shop on line. Buyers beware of Homeapplpianceguys.com and if you see a charge from BLAFTTECHSALES on your statement, call your bank to stop payment immediately.

I placed an order from the "Homeapplianceguys.com" for $359.97 and it was a scam. I received a confirmation email from "Worldappliancestore.com" thanking me for the order and I will receive my tracking number soon which I never received. My credit card account was charged the $359.97 paid to a different company "Blafttechsales". I called the phone numbers listed for all three companies and none were valid. This week I received a tiny heater from an unknown sender but managed to track it back to Italia Gift in Vernon California. Not sure if it is related to this at all but may be. Instructions in Chinese. Size of heater, maybe 7" tall and 4" wide. Facebook should be held responsible for helping propagate this scam on the trusting public. Have disputed the charge with my credit card company - do not attempt to purchase patio heaters from Facebook!!!

I placed an order for $359 on December 1st for the three heaters. I have called them repeatedly and finally got a bogus tracking number but never any heaters. If it looks too good to be true...

My story is the same, this website is a scam. I ordered a heater for $164.99 and I did get a small plug-in heater sent too late for Christmas...probably worth $5.00. I then got double charged on my American Express and now they are fishing with additional fraudulent charges under different names including:
THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I also purchased an outdoor heater for 164.99. I called the number for world appliance and actually spoke to someone the next day (after belatedly looking at reviews). He confirmed the purchase so I relaxed some. Two days later I called back and got a cellular phone type generic message repeatedly. I called my cc company to cancel the charge. I received a crappy plastic heater a month later as some of you have. And I received a letter from my cc company today song with pages of blurry details of my order from *blafttech* and delivery history. I’m furious with this situation.

Thx . Now I feel stupid, too after reading these reports of the scam.
My two large patio heaters have not arrived by Jan. 28. Order placed Dec. 14. Calling my bank now. Geez.
