Unfortantely I did not research the company enough and got screwed. I orderes the Christmas Sale Promotion - 159 DIY Crystal Resin Molds Set. I received 1 item. When I went back and questioned it they said that is what ordered. I went to go look at it on their website and the post was gone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered the 159 DIY kit, and extra resin, and I still have not received anything, been nearly 5 weeks. Very disappointed, as I did a lot of online ordering over the Christmas period, and this is the only company to let me down. Of course I am still living in hope that the kit may just surprise me and show up.

My wife ordered from this website it seems to be a scam the picture they showed was a large snowflake prison mold what she got was very small and nothing like the picture. When she contacted him basically they said out of luck no refunds.we called our credit card company and disputed the order so I don't think we'll be paying for it

THIS SITE IS A DEFINITE SCAM!!! I ordered the 159 piece mold set and got 5 small items. When I complained, they claimed I ordered something different even though I had proof of what I ordered. They refused to refund and are unresponsive. I stopped payment on my CC. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

I had the same thing happen, I thought I was getting this large snowflake mold & ended up with 1 1/2 inch mold with no instructions. When I emailed them they told me I could have $4.91 refund. I said no, then they told me I could have $9.42. I can’t believe this place isn’t being shut down. What a scam !
