    Wish I'd seen all this BEFORE I made the mistake of buying a set. I actually received a set of earbuds, but language was Chinese and could not be changed. Sound quality was mediocre. When I sought support to resolve language issue, they promised to send another set at no cost. That's when things started getting suspicious. No confirmation number, no names, fishy looking email addresses. Almost immediately, an unauthorized charge of over $1500 shows up on my credit card. And they stop responding to my attempts to contact them. Burned.

    Update on above. Actually received a replacement set that seem to function acceptably, and language is English.

    And the $1500 credit card cost was not due to these guys. Bottom line, the replacement took a while and the communication was less than what one would expect from legit business, but the outcome is not nearly the negative scenario I thought it was. Apologies...

    I don't even know how an order was placed?? $78.93 was removed from my account. I reported the incident as soon as I found out the money was missing. I have filed 2 fraudulent claims to American express's Blue bird team. Both were denied. I wanted the information they gathered to to deny claim #1 and they couldn't find a reason to have their denial supported so they set me up to open another claim. It's been he said, she said from both sides. I'm out the money but neither of these should go unpunished.
