Terrible. Don’t by from Them! Would give zero stars if I could! I bought a Dyson air wrap the beginning of June and I still have not received anything. They keep telling me that the order is on its way but nothing ever happens. Now I have a USPS tracking number, but they still have not received the item. Would never buy from them again

I ordered a dyson air wrap, immediately received an order confirmation. I never received a shipping notification. I left several emails and have yet to receive even a tracking number. Never received product! Avoid this site -

I think I was scammed by this website as well when purchasing a dyson hard dryer. They sent an order confirmation, and then several days later said "your order has been fulfilled." It said click "here" for tracking information. Here is written in blue with an underline to appear like you could click it, but it is not possible to click on it. Every email I have sent has bounced back to me. There is no reachable contact information.

Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. Total scam, all the emails bounce back and the phone number belongs to someone in NY. Dinged my CC for $20 bogus charge, reported them to my CC company. The company deserves a rating of 0.

I ordered something from FurnitureHouz and there is a small box at checkout to join their "club" for $19.99 a month. This box defaults to checked, so if you aren't aware, you are enrolled in this "club." I made that mistake, and have repeatedly asked them to remove me, but they ignore me. Every month, they try to charge my card for $19.99. I had to get the card company to change my number so it wouldn't go through. They are still trying to charge me. Not only that, but the filters I ordered are worthless. There is a chip in GE filters and these, although labeled as GE filters, do not have it. They don't work in my fridge, so they are completely useless to me. Just try to get help from their support email. Exercise in futility.

FunitureHouz is a total scam, order supposedly genuine GE replacement filters and they a worthless knockoffs that don't work. Then they start charging $19.99 a month for their scam club that you never signed up for, so you have to cancel your credit card to get then to stop charging you. Stay away from this scam website. Doesn't say much about this website that they give them a good trust index.

BEWARE! Ordered Whirlpool EveryDrop refrigerator filter from site. This was my first purchase of any product from site. Price was 33% lower than Whirlpool, Home Depot, Lowes charges. Several issues. 1. Product arrived later than their promised delivery date. Tracked shipment. Came from China. 2. Billed an annual "VIP Rewards Subscription" charge of $19.99 for something I supposedly clicked on their website. Contacted company and customer service said that my subscription was cancelled and wouldn't renew. I asked when credit would be issued? No one has responded and credit has not been issued. 4.. Filter finally showed up. Installed filter. Didn't work. I've used this filter for years and it always removed chlorine smell from water improving water taste. Asked for refund. Awaiting response. 5. Called Whirlpool. They do not sell filters to this company. 5. Website not working.
