I would really like to purchase their riveting tool set, but, due to their very recent web presence, there are no good comments yet posted about them!

I ordered the 3 in 1 riveting tool $36.99 plus $3.99 shipping. It was a 50% off last day promotion.

What i received was a set of 165 rivet nuts. I emailed customer service, they said that i only ordered the rivet nuts. I informed them that amazon sells 165 rivet nuts for $13 why would i buy them for $40.98?. They said they would refund me half the cost and i would have to pay return shipping.

I'm sure you guys are scammers who take money from my bank account on September 22nd, and it's been three weeks, but they don't send anything and keep advertising with no way to contact them.

They got me too. I just got the rivet nuts. They responded to my emails, but told me that's what I ordered. The descriptions on the website are misleading.

This website is the worst. Customer service is non-existent. I ordered the rivet gun (American standard) and received a metric tool. I e-mailed them and was, told thru e-mail, to send it back to China at my expense. They send me the wrong tool and I have to pay the freight. The website is designed very poorly and is confusing. My second option was to keep wrong tool and they would refund me a third of cost. Nice. Do not waste your time and money. Plenty of other options

First of all the ad is false advertising. If you use your Paypal account please open up a Paypal dispute. against them Also, send the ad to your State Attorney General and file a report on them. Enough complaints and maybe they will get out of fake business.

This is definitely a scan. I also paid $40.89 via American Express and only received a box of rivet
nuts that is probably valued a little over $10. I currently have a dispute with the responsible seller

through American Express. I always have excellent services from American Express, especially dispute settlements with various venders. I think a legal action is warranted to prevent further
victimization from the subject seller or VRSGS.com.

This is a totally misleading advertisement. They advertise the 'three in one rivet tool for thirty six + dollars'. What is hidden is that is not the whole tool kit as they've advertised it. And all you get is a box of nuts. You have to dig in to the shopping page to find out that the 'Three' actually costs $120.00. I used pay pal and will file a dispute. We need to get enough of these poor reviews out in the public to create a wave of bad press for these guys. to warn others of their poor practices.

I just came across their ad for the Premium 3 in 1 Heavy Duty Riveter and looking at the ad and the videos it shows two different tools. The first one they show is all black and they say it is a nibbler and a riveter. The second tool is red & black and is what i call a nutsert or rivnut tool. The ad always says 50% off and always says it is the last day on sale !

Don't be suckered by these mis-leading ads and remember "If it looks to good to be true , it probably is" !!!

Very disappointed with the product for the price. Nice video showing the product you are interested in. Don't expect to get your item fast. Shipping is VERY,VERY, VERY slow. Since I waited for 2.5 months to get the item I ordered, I decided to look into the "terms of service" on their website. They "vrsgs" have all rights..... you have none. Maybe not a scam.... but very poor quality items for the price. NEVER AGAIN !!

I was a customer, or should I say, victim of vrsgs.com. I was roped into a product, winter gloves, through a very convincing ad on YouTube. Don’t fall for it. The gloves are super cheap Chinese made garbage that run smaller than normal (surprise) and can be purchased through amazon at 1/3 the price.
When I tried to initiate a return, no response. Return address on package is “on line seller”.
    Stay away.

On September 20, 2020 I ordered 3 sets of heavy-duty T- nutRiveters with T-nuts on a special. The price came to $100. To date, I have tried to contact them, which can only be done through e-mail. They wanted pictures of what I received, I have sent everything they wanted for four months.

I went to the return address on the package I received, it is in the middle of an intersection. I stopped by a Fire Station for directions, they have no information. I have served 50 years in the Fire Service, if they don’t have it, no one does.

I gave them a one star, only because I can’t give them a minus 10. They have a lot of neat stuff, but in my opinion the website is a splineless, boneless, chickenless egg ( I must give credit for that statement to a folk song in the 1960’s “Johnny I hardly knew you”)

I am still waiting for the riveters, but I’m not holding my breathe. They made $95 off me on a $100 purchase. The Irish in me won’t let them get me twice. This is the first forum I found to be able to express my great displeasure. I regret that my lack of command of the English language won’t let me express the depth of displeasure.

    Respectfully submitted

I ordered a Laser Torch from vrsgs.com. The ad actually showed a person using a handheld laser device and like a damn idiot I fell for the scam. Well, lo and behold, I did receive something in the mail. It's a cheap ass made in china (of course) Star Wars light sabre toy, nothing laser or torch about it. Please to everybody out there, spread the word about this sorry ass scam outfit to keep other folks from losing their hard earned money.

This company cannot be trusted. Never buy from them. Product pictured that I bought was way to small to be used in any average sized home. Asked to return them. Was told they couldn't because of COVID. Pure fiction but they did over to return 50% of my money. After a week they returned 25% of the order money. They said there were two orders so there would be two refunds. There was one order, not two. Asked several times more. They asked me to open a PayPal trouble report. I didn't order from PayPal. So now I am posting everywhere I can to stay away from these scammers.

Another sucker here. Tried to order the engine model. Their advertising was amazing (excellent video showing the model operating). It looked too good to be true but me the dummy jumped right in and sent the 39 dollars. Contacted them inquiring about my product status and received a tracking number but no carrier to go with it. I asked for the carrier and they asked me for my order number again when I had just sent it. That's when I started to "smell" something bad. Serves me right but I wonder how these people can sleep at night. BUYER BEWARE!

This company is a total SCAM. Ordered the pop rivet tool and received only a small amount of very small rivets. No tool as advertised. Contacted them and was told they could refund 30% and I could keep the rivets. I told them only 100% refund would be accepted. Then the scam went on. They wanted pictures of the items saying the wanted to confirm the quality. They didn't sent the tool so I couldn't take pictures of it. Still fighting for my refund.

Me too, what a sucker. I ordered 2) 8 cylinder engine models. They have an amazing video showing the model in a nice metal box with all the parts packed in foam. A kit that would be put together and i though, what a great Christmas gift for both my engineering student children in Manhattan College. Very impressive and i got hooked. Contacted them inquiring about my product status and also received a tracking number but with a carrier. Took about a month to arrive, just received both engines from them this evening.
    WOW!

    What f------- thieves.
Emailed vrsgs asking for full refund and a return label.
Made a claim with PayPal, i hope they follow through with my request for a full refund.

    Don't do it!

    The worst.

I can't load an image, im not a member, but it is a painted plaster model, poorly made.

It represents the whole country of China very well.

I ordered what was shown and described as an all-metal, working, engine model. I should have known better (and I don't fall for scams - ever, until this). Don't waste your money - no response from customer service, phone number is a global link. FYI, what i received was a piece of junk resin engine with a terrible paint job.

I also fell for the Vrsgs.com scam. I ordered both the V8 engine and the V2 aircraft engine for $69.99 each. They arrived in a reasonable time, but were not at all what was described on their web site. Instead of a 500-piece metal kit in a metal box, what I received was a very crude lump of cast plastic resin that sort of resembled an engine. Even the paint job was crude. Needless to say, it did not come in a metal box, but a cheap cardboard one. The V2 aircraft engine was of similar "quality", but the propeller was broken off in two pieces.

I emailed them with a complete description of how what I received did not match what they advertised, and the reply said "Your parcel is on the way now. ... Please wait a few more days."
Obviously, they did not even read my complaint. I am submitting a fraud complaint with PayPal.

I will also submit a Mail Fraud complaint with the United States Postal Service, since it arrived by USPS. The USPS criminal investigators may be slow, but they never give up, and are rightly feared by anyone who has ever attempted mail fraud!

I ordered a full-metal, unassembled replica of an 8-cylinder engine that has moving parts (pistons, valves, crankshaft, etc) spun by an electric motor. I received a plastic, all-in-one, cheaply painted replica of the same engine. Total bait-and-switch. Calls to customer service go unanswered, and it took longer than 30 days to get the product, so the return period is already invalid! I should have researched this company better before ordering from them - read their reviews on this site and on pissedconsumer.com. Mine is a very common story with them - I don't believe they actually provide legitimate products; they have nothing but reviews from scammed victims. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered a metal V8 model kit that would run with a lithium ion battery. Their video showed the engine running and it looked like a good deal. What they sent was a cheap resin ornament with no moving parts whatsoever. No kit. No battery. No Bueno. Totally a scam I just wish there was a way to stop them from scamming other people.
