Rating:This company offered 50% off on their blaux wearable ac3 and they charged my card full price. Sent emails and called and nobody has responded and was on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting me. Got me for $168.00. Im furious and want to report them.

Spent $460 for Portable AC units on 06/06/2020. Called to check on when I would receive them and they said I should receive by 6/20/2020, On 6/23/2020 I called to let them know I had NOT received them yet. I was hung up on 3 times and unable to talk to anyone about my order. I need to find out how to report this since I am out the $460 and no indication I will ever receive the product.

Rating:Today, I placed an order for a Qty of 1. After providing my acct info at the end the order, a quantity of 3 was displayed (instead if 1) with a total amount of $213.43 being charged to my acct. My total s/h been $89. I too, have not received any correspondence, not even an email about my order, except for an automated, 2 question "after hours" survey that then hangs up on you, after holding for 30 minutes. As suggested in their recording, I've sent 3 separate messages to them thru email @support.buyblaux & still have not received a response.

Rating:Ordered a pair of shorts in May. Received an e-mail on May 19, 2020 that the item had been shipped and was on its way. As of June 26, 2020, after several e-mails, I still haven't received the item, and my e-mails are ignored. I tried calling, and only get to robot/recordings. This company is a scammer, and the only reason they're ranked ONE star is because I can't rank them lower. Avoid at all costs!

Rating:ordered this 1 unit on my debit card june 08 the other 3 through pay-pal ...paypal has already refunded back my debit to my paypal account due no response from Blaux strong current enterprises .
i called BLAUX California rep said oh i see they have tracking # for your item & will be sent to my email shortly this was 07/08/20 ...STILL NO TRACKING & NO portable unit

Rating:Purchased 2 units, waited over 3 weeks to receive. Units were a joke. Smaller than advertised, less powerful than advertised. Called to ask about returning the day after WARNING: NO RETURNS!!!
out 168.00 for the pair I ordered. Recommend everyone who feels this way bombard the sites where this product is sold with negative reviews, we need to get them off the market.
Bought a much better personal A/C from Home depot for 29.00.

Rating:I ordered one unit but after reading reviews called to cancel. The very day I ordered with free shipping, the money was already taken out of my account. I searched for the company and got through and spoke to a Tamara.After several talks with her supervisor trying to convince me to keep the items and she give me a 30% discount, I told no and that all I wanted was to cancel.She said ok and would take 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Now I am here waiting.

Rating:7/15/2020, I bought 2 of these and what I received was 1 swamp cooler that you had to but ice try into it. (I did not get what I purchase no where on the site said that they did not have any of the asset in the USA but they came from overseas. I tried calling their numbers but they where not active. SCAM. I got a piece of junk consisting of a USB cable 2 ice trays a filter. what I was told I was supposed to be a battery powered unit that you could take anywhere but what I got has to have ab external power adapter to make it work. i only got 1 of 2 units but it was not the correct item that I order, the question is if I every receive the one I really order and not one that they substituted thinking I would not catch the difference - I DID. Not only am I out $150.00 but to know that the US Government under Mr. Trump is allowing them to get away with it. The item that I received came from a Think Tank Sales in Wayne NJ and it was not what I ordered. My next step is to contact the BBB, if fact everyone who got spammed by Blaux or buyBlaux should contact their local BBB immediately and you bank to see if they can help get you money back or at least part of it back

Rating:Total scam. I did get mine but it took seven weeks and now that I'm trying to return it they're blowing me off and not responding back. The Better Business Bureau has complaints on them.
