    I saw their ad for orthopedic sandals on the computer and ordered a pair. I was beginning to think I'd been scammed as they hadn't arrived after more than 2 weeks. I tried over and over, at different times of the day to reach them on their contact phone #, but it was ALWAYS busy. I sent several e-mails to their "support" e-mail address but never rec'd a reply. The tracking # they gave me didn't work - when I put it in the USPS tracking system, they said "it doesn't seem to be a USPS number." I decided to give it a month before asking my credit card company to investigate them, as my account had been charged immediately after I placed my order. FINALLY, after 22 days, to my surprise, they arrived in the mail. They are the right color and size, but that's all I can say.
    The quality is poor, they're uncomfortable, and they're definitely NOT orthopedic sandals. Well, at least I rec'd them, but all I can say is be careful who you order from - know the company and their
    reputation for quality. Out of 5 stars, I'd give them 1/2.

    It took over a month to receive the sandals. They’re terrible sandals. They run very small. The Velcro is a different color and stands out so you can see it. Won’t do this again.

    Had the same experience. The sandals are total rubbish are totally uncomfortable and they cost me 68.00 Canadian. They are nothing like they are described in their ads. You can get better sandals at Walmart for $10. I sent a complaint and got nowhere. Beware of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased them!

    Very Disappointed:
    I ordered sandals from an ad on Facebook. The delivery time was much longer than I expected. When I did receive them I was very disappointed they look nothing like the advertised picture and are very poorly made. I tried calling the telephone number listed as their contact number and only received a recorded advertisement for specials. Thus far I have not been able to contact them via email to return them. Their offer is bogus

    I had the same experience as the other reviewers. Ordered their "orthopedic" sandals from an ad on Facebook and, though my credit card was charged immediately, the sandals took over 4 weeks to arrive. When they finally did arrive, they were too small and very poorly made, They feel like they were made out of cardboard. The color I ordered looked pretty in the ad but was a very ugly color in person. I didn't complain about anything but the fit and we went back and forth for over a week. They asked for a picture of the sandals on my feet which I sent them. They assumed I'd ordered the wrong size and referred me to the size chart on their website. I sent them a picture of the sandals with a tape measure which clearly showed they were 3/8" shorter than advertised. They would not take responsibility. They first said they I could keep the product and they would give me a 50% discount for a new order of the same product! No thanks! Their final email stated that they would not refund my money but are happy to offer a 30% discount on my next purchase and "we will not be able to do anything further." Grrr... Sure wish I would have checked independent website reviews like this one before I threw my money away. Beware!!

    Sent the wrong size shoe and the wrong color. Won't work with me to get a refund. Never would deal with this company again.

    I totally agree with all of the previous comments. This company is unreliable and dishonest in their advertising.

    They need to be stopped from exploiting shoppers with their claim of 100% guarantee.

    All comments above are true. It took 5 weeks to get my sandals, they are so poorly made and have no arch support in them. I could not use the tracking number either because I was told it was not valid. I could not get anyone to answer the 800 number it was always busy. I e-mailed them for support and the run around I got was unbelievable. Now they informed me their policy is they do not accept returns or make refunds. Buyer beware. They are using various names of the ezz and you get either a NY address or CA address. I also received a charge of $2.38 for an international transaction. I really hope they can be investigated and closed down.

    I even tried to turn company into facebook for false advertising...DONT BE FOOLED!
