I'd like to let everyone know... that I ordered clippers from this cocusale website on May 25th they shipped May 27th and I just recieved them 59 days later today. JULY 24TH. REMEMBER, these things are coming from CHINA. They have to go through US customs and they take their sweet time opening your packages to see whats inside then sloppily taping it back up. Just be patient. Oh and the clippers are great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order for sandals in June and received them in August. They did not fit properly so I requested a return and they offered a $4 cash refund because the shoes have to be sent back to China which costs more than my purchase. The return address on my package is from a Fullfillment Center in Los Angeles. It doesn’t make sense. Hard lesson learned. I will NEVER order from them again. Very disappointed with them and myself.

Definitely not a legit company. I ordered Vionic sandals after opening a complaint with PayPal I received FAKE Vionic sandals - no Vionic logo, no labels at all and sizing is way off - too small for a size 10. I believe they are fake Vionic sandals made in China as the tracking information was all in Chinese. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER/WEBSITE!

I ordered a jellyfish light from this company...Cocusale. I received it without a remote, as it was supposed to come with one..and three days later the motor went out...so now the jellyfish just float on top. I emailed them with video of non working product...and they offered me a $3 refund! Seriously? It cost me $38...for floating jellyfish. Do not order anything from this site! You will, I promise....will regret it!

Definitely a scam!!! I was under the impression that I was purchasing bamboo fiber shorts. I was super excited and couldn't wait to get them.

After paying for USPS priority, I waited about a month or so for them to show up (straight from China it turns out). They were NOT anything like what they advertised them as. Not one fiber of bamboo in them, a terrible polyester blend instead (like a cheap Halloween costume). I also ordered grey and yellow, and received red and burnt orange. I paid $50 for shorts that are worth about $5, and I didn't even get the colors I wanted/ordered.

Tried to contact them to return, but they insisted it wasn't worth ME having to send them back to China and they would refund me $7. Learned my lesson I guess, just don't want anyone else to be ripped off by Cocusale.

Yes ordered a bicycle seat to put grandchild on and two months later received cheap handlebars for a kids bike. Will not refund more that $7 because it costs too much to return to China. Same as everyone else. This company is a scam. We need to turn them in to BBB or start a class action law suit. This is straight up fraud.
