I order a small automotive tool from pzjaard.com 2 days ago. After reading some of their badly translated web pages I got concerned. The next day I could view the credit transaction from my credit card provider. Pzjaard charged me a few dollars more on my credit card. I fell for the free shipping and discount code so unfortunately didn’t use PayPal. I clicked on the contact email to cancel the pending status order the very next day. Today I can’t reach their website. To be safe I had to cancel my credit card and will have to wait 30 days prior to filling out forms to try and get my money back. Hardly worth all the headaches. Of course that is probably what they expect when ripping people off.

Scam! I ordered an item on 05/24 and received a tracking number saying the item was delivered on 05/11. I started a dispute with Paypal and Paypal somehow decided in their favor. PayPal phone lines are down due to COVID. I will try to escalate the dispute.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered a ceiling light a week ago. Received one initial email. I emailed asking for an ETA on my order, no response! The tracking number they gave me is fake. I tried to track it thru my Shop app, it won't track. Went back to their website, it's now popping up as a phishing website.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PZJAART! They are scammers!

I am usually so careful and always shop from a trusted website. I don't know how I fell for this. anyways, I contacted PayPal after 4 days because I knew something wasn't right and they ruled in the seller's favor. then after 11 days of my purchase, I emailed them again and told them they have not replied to my emails or shipped the items. I am still waiting for their reply. I thought PayPal would protected me from these kinds of sellers. I am just waiting now to see what action they're going to take.

Update to earlier post, oriental bank details on PayPal. Could not stop financial transaction. Cannot contact Website through contact info. Product never arrived, ordered from another source and received product. I’m out $60. And have learned my lesson. No one had posted negative feedback prior to my purchase.

    Hope this helps someone else.
