I placed an order with this company on 6/2 and have written four times looking for my order with no replies, thought the site says a professional will contact you back. I spent over $80 and don't know what to do about this. Can someone help?

I had the same experience. I didn't spend much because I wasn't sure about the legitimacy of the site. Got one response to an inquiry, then a notice that my order was on the way and gave me a tracking number. Unfortunately, when I tried to track it, there was no such tracking number. Live and learn.

This comment is a follow up to one I submitted on July 6. I actually received my order today. I had ordered shoes, and the shoes I received were of good quality and as pictured on the website. The whole experience was not as I would have expected, and I really thought I had been had, but I have to say that the shoes finally did arrive, and were totally as described. I wouldn't give 5 stars because of the initial trouble I had with checking on the order, just 3.

Order states shipped on June 12th via Canada Express, with a tracking number. Money was withdrawn from my account. The tracking number results in an unknown number from the shipping company. Have sent several messages to Beautyfis & received no answers. Shipping said 10 to 20 days. The lack of any response from the company is irritating, to say the least. My order is for shoes. They advertise heavily on Facebook. Will never order from them, or through Facebook, again. If I do receive my order I will update.

I had the same experience as Lynn, even the date of shipping. I paid via PayPal and will look to them for assistance.
