    I ordered 22 tents on 5/1/20 and haven't heard a thing! I paid through PayPal. Does anyone know if /how to get a refund?

    Ordered 3 tents in April 2020. Billed through paypal Sivince Llc and nothing ever showed or received. Sent message to joycheers with no response and now the site is down.

    This is the official website for that tent, they stole the images etc. You can see that that the tent is $285, I too was scammed by joycheers. I'm going to see what paypal or my credit card company can do.

    I also bought a tent from this site and have never received response from my e-mails or phone calls and now finding the site no longer exists!

    We are disputing these charges with our bank for the same reasons everyone has complained about. I was also forced to give this website 1 star but definitely needs negative stars!

    I ordered a sky tent and did actually receive something. But it wasn't a sky tent, just a hammock.

    I also ordered a sky tent and received a hammock, identical to the one sold at Walmart for $39.86.
