Came up as a pop up when I was trying to download something on my Xbox. Signed up thinking it was something to do with the game I was playing. 3 days later £40 came out my bank. Needing to keep an eye on my bank now to make sure I don't have another £40 come out my bank in 28 days because I haven't received an email saying my unsubscription has been confirmed. Only rated 1 star because I had to to post this.

I don't have the account with Estrivion and can't log in but they're taking money from my bank account and I unable to contact with them. I sent my email address to them but didn't get any response. I wouldn't to give them 1 star but no other options.

Ive just seen this company name appear on my bank statement for an amount of 39.99
I can only think they ‘got me' by getting me to sign up online whilst I though I was applying for something else.
Ive tried to contact them but get no reply, so now ive gone through the hassle of having my bank card cancelled to make sure they take more money

No idea how they could take £39.99 from my bank when i hadnt signed up to them. Ive unsubsctibed but will try and get a refund as I've been 'robbed' Who in there right mind would pay £10 per week to play games, certainly not a 73 year old!!!

Same here - no idea how they got bank details - luckily no money in account so 3 times attempted withdrawal of 39.99 - have to keep card locked - a real pain. Don't play games and 71 years old. How do these companies do this There is an address connected to Estrivion may call round and ask. Toerags!

I have just had a notification from monzo that this company has tried to take 39.99 out but they blocked it and are sending me a new card. Like others here it came as a pop up on another site and I thought it was to do with them

Basically just the same story for me. A charge of £39.99 appeared on my online Curve account which I had just opened, but I didn't really think too much about it until I spotted a second charge for the same amount. I had never heard of the company and like others here, I don't play online games and don't have any other subscriptions like this, so I have no idea how they managed to persuade my Google Pay Wallet and Curve to pay them. Curve have refused to refund the money and I can't find a way to contact Google Pay

Exactly the same thing! £39.99 showing as pending on my bank account. I have reported it as fraud and hopefully the bank stops it.

"I've also been scammed by estrivion.com. . On the very first day, I sent an email requesting to cancel the subscription. They replied saying they would get back to me within 48 hours -- which already felt suspicious for something that should be instant. The next day, €39.99 was charged to my credit card without my consent. This is blatant deception. I strongly advise others to contact their bank immediately and report this company to the appropriate fraud authorities."
