We sent over 1600 XRP to this exchange to start using the exchange and as soon as we attempted to make a withdrawal a message popped up stating that I had to replenish the wallet with $700 to verify my wallet. That I will be refunded in 2 days after the security check. After the 2 days I attempted a withdrawal and I was told my premium account was active but the system requested a penalty fee of 2000$ usdt and I... Read more

The only thing consistent about this company is their ability to make customers miserable. Pure frustration from start to finish.,
