    If I could rate as zero I would. I just got off the phone with their customer service representative ("Chris") to get an update on my order placed on 12/2/24 as I had not received any further emails from them except for the receipt they emailed me with another indicating "You Made the Right Decision". After speaking with the rep, I'm beginning to wonder if I did. She told me she would have her delivery team send me the email with the tracking number. She kept talking over me even after I asked her to please stop. I then expressed my concerns about being able to trust their company to which she replied that when my order arrives, I can contact them on how to return the product. She was rude and very condescending. She told me it takes 7-14 days. I am closing on day 9, We will see what happens by day 14. Glad I paid with a credit card so I am able to dispute this charge if it comes down to that. Concerning that I see no reviews for this company anywhere on Google and it doesn't even allow you the option to place one. Upon my initial search on 12/1, I didn't see anything come up. I found this thru reels on FB so I thought maybe they were selling only that way. The video was convincing and very long (will never get that time back). The secure payment lock was also present. My order was for the burn drops (3 bottles) to which they charged my card $294. If they are legit, I question their customer service efforts.
