Rating:Ordered a tree, unfortunately without researching the company like I usually do. Now I think I'm stuck waiting on a package that will never arrive.

Rating:I ordered a tree in October 2024, it shows it was delivered on Nov. 28 at 01:38 am, but there was no delivery. When I contacted the company they said it had been delivered, I ask for photos of it being dropped off and they said they don't pay for that service. They said since I can't show them proof that it wasn't delivered then they will only refund me 35% of the order. I disagreed and asked for all money back and waiting on a response. DEFINATELY A SCAM

Rating:That is a fraud company. I ordered a TV part on Nov. 26. The price they shown in their website was changed by their own without my consent. But the sad thing is that it never reached even after 14 days. I lost my money. I send two emails inquiring about that but they never made a reply. So don't be fooled with these frauds.

Rating:Ordered a tree, never received it. Tried emailing the company and no email would go through. Baffling to me that companies can just operate 100% as a scam.
